Our team utilizes a data-driven process and three methods of acquisition—judicial auction transactions, short-sale opportunities, and exclusive off-market listings directly from owners—to maximize results.
In just 2024-2025 alone, we successfully completed more than 100 below-market real estate transactions in Italy through F&V Capital—our subsidiary with the same management team in place.
Last year, in one such transaction, we successfully closed at judicial auction a large residential complex near Florence acquired at €1.5M compared to its €4.4M market value, representing an acquisition discount of nearly 67 percent.
